The Guirra sheep is a native breed of these lands and of African descent. Perfectly adapted to the absence of grass in the interior of our mountains and to very adverse climatic circumstances (heat and drought) . The need for grazing of this breed and the type of diet (very aromatic herbs) make its suckling meat very special and unique.
