That's why at Nyas Coca World we have round solutions (sorry for this, terraplanists).
And you, which Nyas Coca were you from? Because we bring you our best-known dish wherever you tell us: from a wedding to the high seas. Here are the other ways to enjoy our menus.
Choose and good profit.
Nyas Picnic!
A good umbrella, a table and chairs in the middle of the field, next to the Via Verda, the birds singing, the Montgó watching and you and your family enjoying the Nyas Picnic menu. We're not asking you to make it better for us, match it for us. In the gardens next to the Pont Sec you have a unique space for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner in the open air.
Nyas Events!
What do you want to celebrate? A wedding? A birthday? A festive dinner in your town? Santa Gana, don't you need to have reasons to get together? Great, count on us. Call us in advance and you will have a personalized catering service that will leave your guests speechless. Literally.
More information about our events coming soon. If you have a consulate you can contact us.
Nyas OnTour!
Get ready, we're going to the festival. I have the foodgoneta (cool name, eh?) ready to get to where you are, dance that dance. And with it, our cakes and croquettes, ready to become a temazo and fill your belly to the sound of the best music.
We will report how the tour is going.
Nyas Boat!
They say that the sea is full of food. Well, that's why we've prepared the first menu of cakes with an incorporated boat. And not just any boat: a silent boat, respectful of the environment and our maritime tradition. We have teamed up with Sport Nàutic so that you can rent a boat trip and add the Nyas Boat menu and have lunch, looking at the horizon, the beautiful sea.
Philosophy
The importance of origin
Our story is born, as it could not be otherwise, in a kitchen. Between the stoves of an old farmhouse, where little by little an idea, an illusion, a project led by chef Pep Romany is taking shape. Its kitchen, that of the Restaurant Pont Sec, is the stage where every day the most characteristic dishes of the county; from the pot balls, the borretta with melva to the paellas with octopus or the shoulder of lamb. A range of flavors built from the products of the land. Ours.
The beautiful girl La Coca!
Among all the dishes, one stood out above all, our pretty girl: the cake. Wheat flour dough from Blat de la Marina, an indigenous variety of our area, the amoros, grown in Jesus Pobre. This is how we get our cake, halfway between a fluffy bite and a crunchy one, with toppings made using fresh seasonal products.
